Land Development Bellingen

Mid North Coast Contractors (MNCC) teamed up with Avenue Properties, a Sydney-based firm, for an exciting project near the town of Bellingen. Our task was to develop and construct a subdivision with 43 lots, turning a large area of land into a new community space.

We started with big jobs like moving earth to shape the land and then worked on important details like putting in utilities (like water and electricity) and making sure rainwater can drain away properly. We worked closely with local councils to make sure everything we did was right and kept within the budget and time the developers had in mind.

In the end, we laid down smooth roads and pathways with bitumen and asphalt and added line markings to guide traffic. This project was all about creating a new area where people can build homes and live close to the beautiful township of Bellingen. We’re proud to have finished this big job, making sure it was done well and on time.
