Glennifer Road

Mid North Coast Contractors (MNCC) was approached by a private developer who needed help dividing land into smaller lots for building homes or businesses. We were excited to take on this project and worked closely with both the developer and the local council to make sure everything went smoothly.

Our main goal was to make sure the land was divided properly and prepared for whatever the developer wanted to build. This meant we had to plan out where roads and paths would go, make sure water could drain away without causing problems, and follow all the rules set by the local council.

We’re proud to say that we finished the project on time and didn’t go over the budget. This means our client was happy, and now there’s a new area where homes or businesses can be built. It was great to be part of creating something that will be used by people for years to come.
