Mid North Coast Contractors (MNCC) was proud to work with Coffs Harbour City Council and Coffs Harbour Airport on important flood management work. Our goal was to make sure the airport and nearby areas were safer when it rains a lot and to keep roads open and safe for everyone. This project was all about stopping floods from causing problems and making it easier for people to get to and from the airport, no matter the weather.
We looked at the roads around the airport and came up with ways to manage traffic so that our work wouldn’t get in the way of people driving in the area. Our team worked hard to improve how water flows during heavy rains, which helps protect the airport and keeps the roads clear for drivers.
It was great to help make Coffs Harbour Airport better prepared for floods and to make sure local traffic could keep moving smoothly while we did our work.
